Serving elegant, contemporary Australian food with only fresh, seasonal, locally-sourced produce, Imbue is a venue that deserves all the praise it receives. Imbue reached out to Milk Bottle Projects to develop their online presence across Facebook and Instagram as a fine dining venue in the west. The MBP manage the brand’s accounts and are in constant communication with the Imbue team to ensure the Head Chef, Stakeholders, Marketing Manager and Owners are all happy with our plans and strategy. We have helped the Imbue team be able to act strategically rather than reactively which has resulted in a significant increase in bookings and takeaway orders.




































Result
- Over 100+ organic UGC - posts from a handful of audiences (some regular customers and some influencers with large followings of over 50,000 for maximum engagement) across IG static feed post and IG stories
- Content creation including photography, GIFs and graphic design on a monthly basis for social media
- Monthly social media management reporting with detailed insights on impressions, interactions and client growth
- Content calendars with 1-2 rounds of collaborative editing and approval with client
- Content calendars and community engagement to raise brand awareness across venue offerings, special dates and interactive content (competitions, polls etc)
- A December 2020 impression online of +159.1%, an online business to in-venue interaction of 105.5% increase and a monthly growth of brand audience of +6.5%
