Background

Milk Bottle Projects started working with Bourke Street Green in August 2019, prior to the venue’s official opening in September. A greenhouse-inspired bar tucked behind floor-to-ceiling glass, this light-drenched venue’s goal was to provide a space for people to wind down with drinks, sharing plates and a good time. A marketing plan was developed to maximise organic and paid social media growth through channels including Facebook and Instagram, as well as producing the exclusive marketing assets Schweppes activation.
Result
- Monthly content creation for custom social media management including photography preparation, shot-list planning and talent seeking
- Content calendar creation and management with 1-2 rounds of collaborative editing and approval
- Marketing calendar implementation to manage PR / SMM schedules and also encourage clients to plan ahead for brand awareness and conversion points moving forward.
- Organic and paid social media with a specialised marketing calendar to boost venue event activations and local partnerships
- Approx 85.5% increase in the client’s social platform growth in the first month across followings, interactions, with CTA translations to a increase in in-venue visits following social media marketing
- Increase of impressions online with curated content through the Milk Bottle Project social channels, strategic social calendar planning
