After their brand launch in early 2021, Milk Bottle Projects was contacted by Sesh Snacks to help develop their online presence, heighten brand awareness and increase sales across the Australian retail marketplace. Saltsmith Bacon reached out to Milk Bottle Projects in order to help put them on the Melbourne foodie map as a high quality, free range bacon producer who makes #DamnGoodBacon. At the time of contact, Saltsmith were primarily selling their bacon through their Queen Victoria Market stall and were wanting to widen their sales online (B2C) and retail stockists (B2B) as well as growing their social media platforms. MBP assisted Saltsmith with organic + paid social media management, a three month PR retainer and an influencer campaign to help achieve their goals.

Milk Bottle Projects began working with Alice&Patrick, a sustainable, online cloth nappy store in August. The aim was to further establish an online presence for the brand amongst the e-commerce Mums + Bubs community. Through our three month long efforts into custom content creation and organic and paid social media management services, the MBP team worked to showcase the brand’s beautiful eco-friendly products and to teach their audience about the importance of sustainability in baby related products. In doing so, we substantially increased the reach of the business online and increased sales overall.

Milk Bottle Projects started working with Bourke Street Green in August 2019, prior to the venue’s official opening in September. A greenhouse-inspired bar tucked behind floor-to-ceiling glass, this light-drenched venue’s goal was to provide a space for people to wind down with drinks, sharing plates and a good time. A marketing plan was developed to maximise organic and paid social media growth through channels including Facebook and Instagram, as well as producing the exclusive marketing assets Schweppes activation.

Brumfield requested Milk Bottle Projects to conduct paid and organic social media management to develop an online business presence for their winery and restaurant. Milk Bottle Project’s goal for Brumfield was to establish the winery as a boutique venue and undo the perception that they were just a winery in the Yarra Valley. The focus was to showcase the brand’s handcrafted artisanal wine, craft beer and sourdough through impactful content creation, effective social media campaign builds, management of monthly ad spend and a brand new WordPress website build.

Bearskin’s mission is to help men look great and feel comfortable in their own skin by providing affordable, toxic-free skincare products packaged into simple routines delivered to customers’ doors bi-monthly.

CAMPAIGN OBJECTIVE

Acquire new customers into a subscription based skincare line at a cost effective CPA.

Problem

Our client had previously undertaken tactically targeted ads which resulted in spending money on new customers who were only interested in deals and would unsubscribe as soon as they received their first order at 50% off.

Method

Utilising an always on paid strategy, we identified Bearskin’s key audiences and developed a marketing funnel for their customer base. We utilised benefit led message sequencing to deliver relevant messages to their customer at the stage of the funnel they are in.

We also gave recommendations on how this strategy could be layered into other earned and owned channels.
